Rules & Round Set-Up

BATTLE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION:
Please send in your entries in a note!!
Information has been updated for ROUND FIVE.
Arena areas for round FIVE:
All contestants in round four will be fighting in Gothsylvania. They will start out in The Dentist's Office, move through Suburbia and the Football Field, and end in The High School (Principal's Office).

In Round FIVE, you DO have to defeat the judge OCs as well as your opponent OC.

As always, the fighting can take place in any of the areas. Spend as much or as little time as you'd like in any area, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
There is not a minimum to words or pages in your entry. It is up to you how long or short you want your entry to be.
If you do not turn in an entry by the due date this will be seen as a forfeit.
If your opponent has forfeited, you must still turn in an entry in order to move on.

The end date for Round FIVE is
Under Deliberation.
Rules & Notes:
NO God-Modding! Unrealistically over-powered characters are very likely to loose very quickly.

Make sure that if your entries have mature content that they have the appropriate filters! You may want to make sure that anybody can read them, so keep this in mind.

Please be kind and polite! Thought sportsmanly competition is all good and fun, please keep people's feelings in mind!

The rounds do not have to end with your opponent's death (even though the backstory hints at it). The more creative your character's victory, the better!

Do not be afraid to ask questions about your opponent's original character or about any of the judge characters or locations!
Spectator Entries: Yes, we would love to have spectator entries! A spectator entry is an entry showing what you character is doing during, in between or after this tournament. They are just for fun though, and so will not be made part of the canon plot. Anybody can do a spectator entry, even if they are not part of this tournament. Just send it in, and we'll show it off!

Devious Comments
One: My audition is between 1000 and 950 words. Is that acceptable?
Two: My only drawn reference does not contain a certain physical aspect of my character. Is that acceptable?

Quote of the Week:
"Twenty minutes. Outside. Pufferfish."
-Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw
Two: Possibly. If it is well described in the artist's comments, then it is most probably acceptable.
--
"Why are you doing this?"
"Because I'm a villain!"

I'm not a slave to a god that doesn't exist.
And I'm not a slave to a world that doesn't give a shit.
